- Type your decision into the text field on the home screen and tap Start Gut Check.
- You'll be asked 7 rapid-fire questions. Answer quickly — your first instinct is the point.
- After 60 seconds, you'll receive an AI recommendation based on your gut responses.
- Save your result to your journal to track patterns over time.
🔔 Subscription
- Gut Check Plus includes unlimited sessions after your free trial ends.
- To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID and can be cancelled anytime before the next renewal date.
- For refund requests, please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
🔒 Privacy & Data
- Your decisions and journal entries are stored securely and are never shared or sold.
- Voice responses are processed on-device and are not stored on our servers.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
- Why 60 seconds? Research suggests that first instincts are often more accurate than extended deliberation. The timer removes overthinking from the equation.
- Can I use the app without an account? Yes — guest sessions are supported, but your results won't be saved to a journal.
- The app is not loading my session result. If you lose connectivity mid-session, the result will sync automatically the next time you open the app.
- I forgot my password. On the login screen, tap Forgot password? to reset it via email.
